About Lavaca
The area was originally part of the Labor de Afuera, the farmlands of the Alamo mission.
The Lavaca Neighborhood Association gives the neighborhood's edges as César E. Chávez Boulevard on the north, the Missouri-Kansas railroad line on the south, Interstate 37 on the east and South St. Mary's Street on the west.
Window cleaning in Lavaca: what to tell us
Tell us how many stories the building has, roughly how many panes there are, and whether you want screens and tracks done. Mention anything that blocks access, such as a locked gate, a slope, planting or a deck where a ladder cannot stand.
San Antonio water is hard: SAWS puts it at roughly 15 to 20 grains per gallon. When sprinkler spray lands on glass and the sun bakes it dry, the minerals stay behind as white rings, so tell us if sprinklers reach your windows.
If you have divided-light windows, French doors, transoms or sidelights, say so: these are often counted wrong over the phone, and a correct count keeps the price from changing.
