Booking in Stone Oak
Stone Oak was laid out as a master-planned district in 1985 and grew into more than 40 subdivisions under a single property owners association. Two practical things follow from that, and both of them are about getting a technician to your front door rather than about carpet.
Where the rinse water goes
Parts of Stone Oak sit over the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone, the band of permeable limestone where surface water passes down into the aquifer that supplies much of this city. Development over it is restricted for exactly that reason. It makes “where does the dirty water go?” a fair question to ask anyone who arrives with a tank of it.
Stone Oak on the map
On timing rather than geography: the Carpet and Rug Institute recommends a professional deep clean every 12 to 18 months, or more frequently if necessary. Pets, children and heavy traffic are the usual reasons it is necessary. That interval, not a season, is the thing worth booking around.

I had a wonderful experience with San Antonio Carpet Cleaning today. Sophie was my first point of contact and instrumental in explaining their process to me and how things were done, such as how payment was made, types of cleaning processes that were offered and when she didn’t know, she said “I’ll refer back to my team”and did so. She called back and gave me an answer shortly after. Next she stayed in contact with me for almost a week while I waited to get my carpets cleaned by reaching out via text, email. She also reached out in order to remind me of my appointment. Ryder then showed up at my house today and with a massive smile and a nice handshake was eager to do his job, which was a really nice thing to see. He explained the type of rug I had and why things looked the way they did. He walked me through how to ensure that it dried properly and what to do after when we inspecting and made sure I knew how the warranty worked and to call them back in the allotted time and they would take care of my issue. For these reasons, I am going to continue to utilize this company to start cleaning my entire house.
Glad I waited. Affordable, professional, communication was stellar and the cleaning of my area rug was superb!!!
