What the guarantee covers
The cleaning result
Any carpet, rug, sofa, mattress or hard floor we cleaned for you. If it is not right, tell us.
Spots that come back
Soil deep in a carpet can rise to the surface as it dries. This is called wicking. Tell us and we treat it again.
Rugs washed at our facility
Rugs we picked up and washed at our rug facility are covered too.

What cleaning cannot fix
Some things are damage rather than dirt, so no cleaning can reverse them. We point them out before we start, not afterwards.
- Damage that was there before we cleaned: bleach marks, dye loss or dye transfer, sun fading, burns, rust, and pet damage that has gone through to the backing or the pad.
- Normal wear and matting in traffic lanes. Cleaning removes soil; it cannot restore fibers crushed flat by years of walking.
- New spills or soiling after the clean, and anything we did not clean.
- Odor coming from the pad, the subfloor or the walls when only the carpet surface was treated.
- Etching and scratches in stone or terrazzo, which need honing or polishing rather than cleaning. See natural stone cleaning and terrazzo restoration.
We do not promise health, allergy or indoor-air results from any cleaning, and the guarantee does not cover them.
If something was damaged
Damage is different from a cleaning result. Call us right away on (726) 210-8405 so we can see it while it is fresh, and we will talk it through with you.

I had a wonderful experience with San Antonio Carpet Cleaning today. Sophie was my first point of contact and instrumental in explaining their process to me and how things were done, such as how payment was made, types of cleaning processes that were offered and when she didn’t know, she said “I’ll refer back to my team”and did so. She called back and gave me an answer shortly after. Next she stayed in contact with me for almost a week while I waited to get my carpets cleaned by reaching out via text, email. She also reached out in order to remind me of my appointment. Ryder then showed up at my house today and with a massive smile and a nice handshake was eager to do his job, which was a really nice thing to see. He explained the type of rug I had and why things looked the way they did. He walked me through how to ensure that it dried properly and what to do after when we inspecting and made sure I knew how the warranty worked and to call them back in the allotted time and they would take care of my issue. For these reasons, I am going to continue to utilize this company to start cleaning my entire house.

Is there a charge for the re-clean?
No. If you are not happy with an area or item we cleaned, the re-clean is at no extra charge.
How soon should I tell you?
As soon as you notice. It is easiest to put right while the clean is recent.
What if spots come back a few days later?
That is usually wicking: soil or residue deep in the carpet or the pad rising to the surface as it dries. Tell us and we treat it again.
Does the guarantee cover pet urine odor?
It covers the areas we treated. Urine that has soaked into the pad or the subfloor may need more than a carpet clean, and we tell you that before we start.
