About Arsenal
The U.S. military established the twenty-acre arsenal complex in 1859 to store munitions and other supplies. The arsenal closed in 1949, when Main Avenue was cut through it, and the site was then used for government offices.
H-E-B's corporate headquarters was designed and built in 1985 on the site's southeastern quadrant.
Window cleaning in Arsenal: what to tell us
Tell us how many stories the building has, roughly how many panes there are, and whether you want screens and tracks done. Mention anything that blocks access, such as a locked gate, a slope, planting or a deck where a ladder cannot stand.
