About Five Points
The neighborhood takes its name from the spot where five streets converge, and the headwaters of San Pedro Springs lie just north of that intersection.
San Pedro Avenue forms the boundary between Five Points and Tobin Hill on the east, and Interstates 35 and 10 divide the neighborhood from downtown.
Floor cleaning in Five Points: what to tell us
Tell us the floor type and the square footage, or send photos. If it is vinyl or LVT, tell us the brand, and tell us about any sealer, wax or finish put down before and any past water damage, since that changes what we can and cannot promise.
Before we arrive, clear small and fragile items off the floor and secure pets.
San Antonio Water System reports typical hardness around 15 to 20 grains per gallon, hard enough to leave a mineral film on tile and in grout, which is why a rinse matters more here than it would elsewhere.
If your floors are original to an older home or building, say so, along with any finish put down since.
