About Cattleman Square
The district began developing in the 1880s, shortly after the railroad arrived, and was designated a local historic district in 1985.
The former Estrada Hardware site, on West Commerce Street, is in the district, a couple of blocks from UTSA's downtown campus.
Floor cleaning in Cattleman Square: what to tell us
Tell us the floor type and the square footage, or send photos. If it is vinyl or LVT, tell us the brand, and tell us about any sealer, wax or finish put down before and any past water damage, since that changes what we can and cannot promise.
Before we arrive, clear small and fragile items off the floor and secure pets.
San Antonio Water System reports typical hardness around 15 to 20 grains per gallon, hard enough to leave a mineral film on tile and in grout, which is why a rinse matters more here than it would elsewhere.
For an office, shop or lobby, send the building type, the square footage and your scheduling window through the quote form: businesses are usually better served by a written quote, because access, scheduling and floor condition move the number more than square footage does.
