What office cleaning covers

A checklist for every visit

Every task is written down by area and by frequency, so you can see what each visit covers.

Extra tasks are quoted

Anything outside the checklist is quoted before we do it, not back-billed afterwards.

Keys, alarm codes and private rooms

Access follows a stated procedure, and rooms you name, such as server rooms, HR files or medication storage, are not entered.

Your building's access process

Security desk, badge or fob, plus your parking and loading rules: we follow the building's process, not our own.

Desks, phones and keyboards

Papers are never moved and drawers are never opened. Phones and keyboards are cleaned only if you ask.

Worked around your people

The work follows a fixed route order and is done quietly around anyone still at their desk.

How it works

From walkthrough to first visit

1
Send the basics

Tell us the address, the type of space and how often you want it cleaned through the quote form.
2
Walkthrough

We look at the space with you and note the areas, the surfaces and any rooms that are off limits.
3
Written checklist

Every task is written down by area and by frequency, and extra tasks are quoted before we do them.
4
Start

The start date, how we get into the building and who to contact on each side are agreed before the first visit.

About The Dominion

The association says the community has manned gates operating around the clock: a main gate off Dominion Drive, a north gate off Aue Road, and a south gate reached from Camp Bullis Road via Tejas Trail.

The association describes the homes as ranging from garden homes to estates.

Office cleaning in The Dominion: what to tell us

A short request is enough to start. Tell us the address and the floor or suite, the type of space, and how often you want it cleaned. Name any rooms we are not to enter, and say if you want phones and keyboards cleaned, since those are done only on request.

If your office is in a business park or a newer commercial building, tell us the suite number and how we get in.
