What office cleaning covers

A checklist for every visit

Every task is written down by area and by frequency, so you can see what each visit covers.

Extra tasks are quoted

Anything outside the checklist is quoted before we do it, not back-billed afterwards.

Keys, alarm codes and private rooms

Access follows a stated procedure, and rooms you name, such as server rooms, HR files or medication storage, are not entered.

Your building's access process

Security desk, badge or fob, plus your parking and loading rules: we follow the building's process, not our own.

Desks, phones and keyboards

Papers are never moved and drawers are never opened. Phones and keyboards are cleaned only if you ask.

Worked around your people

The work follows a fixed route order and is done quietly around anyone still at their desk.

4
Start

The start date, how we get into the building and who to contact on each side are agreed before the first visit.

About Shearer Hills Ridgeview

Developer H.J. Shearer was responsible for creating Shearer Hills, and when the wooded area was developed it was considered outside the city limits.

The mid-century homes are noted for expansive windows, nearly flat roofs and clean lines.

If your office is in a house-style building, a small commercial building or a shared suite, describe the layout and tell us which rooms are off limits.
