About Dignowity Hill

Prominent early families built stately two-story homes of limestone and brick. Original estate lots were later subdivided, and smaller Folk Victorian and Craftsman-style homes were built.

Dr. Dignowity's home was demolished in 1926 and replaced by what is now Dignowity Park.
