Sofas, chairs, sectionals, headboards and business seating, cleaned by fabric type after we read the care code.

Overview
Furniture is not carpet. The fabric is thin, the foam under it holds water, and the tag stapled beneath the cushions tells you what the manufacturer thinks the fabric can take. So every job starts with reading that tag, then testing a hidden patch. Couches and sectionals have their own page: couch and sectional cleaning.

Priced per seat or per piece and cleaned in your living room.
Usually S-coded, so usually a solvent or low-moisture method.
Stain and odor treatment for homes, rentals and hotels.
Dining and accent chairs, seats and backs, upholstered headboards. Priced per piece.
How it works
We find the care tag, test colorfastness on a hidden area, and go over existing stains, wear and damage with you.
Crevices, seams and under the cushions, before anything wet or solvent goes near the fabric.
Spots, and the oily soil that collects on arms and headrests, get a pre-treatment matched to the fabric and time to work.

The details
Straight answers on method, limits and what to expect. Open any topic.
Full couch pricing, including sectionals and recliners, is on the couch and sectional cleaning page, and mattress prices are on the mattress cleaning page. Microfiber and faux suede are on microfiber and faux suede couch cleaning. Everything is on the full price list, and you can book upholstery cleaning once you have a figure.
The tag is usually stapled under a seat cushion or on the deck of the frame, and on a sectional there may be one per piece. If there is no tag, which is common on older and imported furniture, we test a hidden area before deciding anything.
Codes are about what the fabric can take, not about how dirty it is. Cotton, linen and rayon can shrink, water-spot or brown if they are over-wet, whatever the tag says, which is the other reason we test rather than assume. Results depend on the fiber, the dye and what caused the mark: after the test we tell you what we expect to lift and what is likely to stay, rather than promising that a particular stain will come out. Home care is covered in our upholstery care guide.
We keep moisture low deliberately. US EPA guidance is to dry wet porous materials within 24 to 48 hours, and a foam cushion is exactly that kind of material. Soaking one is how you get a sofa that smells worse a week later than it did before it was cleaned.
One seasonal note, with no health claim attached to it: mountain cedar pollen is released in December and January in this part of Texas, according to the Texas A&M Forest Service. It gets tracked indoors and settles on fabric, so those are two months when it is worth vacuuming furniture more often.

I had a wonderful experience with San Antonio Carpet Cleaning today. Sophie was my first point of contact and instrumental in explaining their process to me and how things were done, such as how payment was made, types of cleaning processes that were offered and when she didn’t know, she said “I’ll refer back to my team”and did so. She called back and gave me an answer shortly after. Next she stayed in contact with me for almost a week while I waited to get my carpets cleaned by reaching out via text, email. She also reached out in order to remind me of my appointment. Ryder then showed up at my house today and with a massive smile and a nice handshake was eager to do his job, which was a really nice thing to see. He explained the type of rug I had and why things looked the way they did. He walked me through how to ensure that it dried properly and what to do after when we inspecting and made sure I knew how the warranty worked and to call them back in the allotted time and they would take care of my issue. For these reasons, I am going to continue to utilize this company to start cleaning my entire house.
Glad I waited. Affordable, professional, communication was stellar and the cleaning of my area rug was superb!!!
San Antonio Carpet Cleaning is a very professional & customer friendly company. They picked up my rug, cleaned it & returned it on a date requested. They were able to remove all stains & make the rug look like new. I would definitely use them again & recommend them to anyone.
San Antonio Carpet Cleaner did an incredible job cleaning our vinyl floors! Customer service was superb from start to finish, and the technician was fast, professional, and thorough. Our floors look literally spotless. It was affordable, so I will be calling them every now and then to maintain the floor as is. Highly recommend!
