and any services provided by us, including but not limited to carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, hardwood, tile, vinyl, natural stone, and general floor cleaning (collectively, the “Services”).
By booking our Services, whether online, by phone, or by email, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
2. Services
We provide on-site and off-site cleaning services, including but not limited to:

- Oriental Rug Cleaning
- Hardwood, Tile, Vinyl & Natural Stone Cleaning
- Upholstery & Microfiber Couch Cleaning
- General Floor Cleaning
All Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, condition of items, and customer requirements.
3. Bookings & Payments
- Bookings may be made through our website, phone, or email.
- Payment is due upon completion of the Service, unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
- In certain cases, we may require an advance deposit or partial payment.
- For approved clients, a payment term of up to 7 days may be granted.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Customers must notify us of a cancellation at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made after this period may incur a service charge to cover travel, fuel, and staff wages.
- Rescheduling is permitted with at least 1 hour’s notice before the booking time.
5. Service Limitations & Liability
- While we use professional cleaning techniques and industry-standard products, some stains, odors, or damage may be permanent and beyond our control.
- We do not guarantee complete stain or odor removal in all cases.
- Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, and poor installation may limit results.
- Our liability for any claim is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the Service.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Where applicable, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will review the concern. Remedies may include re-cleaning specific areas, but refunds are provided at our sole discretion. Some services may not carry any guarantee, depending on the material and condition.
